Hawt Hosting Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

At Hawt Hosting, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require an event to be canceled or rescheduled. To ensure a smooth process, we have established the following policy:

• All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the event date.

• In the event of a cancellation, the non-refundable deposit and total payment can be applied as a credit toward a future event within one year of the original event date.

• Clients who wish to reschedule must notify us at least 6 months before the event to secure a new date based on availability.

• If the rescheduled event does not take place within one year, the deposit and any payments made will be forfeited.

• Any changes to the event must be communicated in writing and confirmed by Hawt Hosting.
