What is the responsibility of the Host?
Your Hawt Host will collaborate with event coordinators and production team to ensure that your event runs smoothly and attendees are entertained from beginning to end.
What time will you arrive to the event?
I will arrive an hour before the time of your event.
Do you usually meet with your clients?
Yes, our one time face-to-face meeting will provide me the opportunity to capture your ideas, timeline and expectations.
Why is an Event Host important?
While the production team and coordinators prepare to assist in all aspects of your event, things don't always turn out exactly just as planned. Your Host will conduct the program in a timely manner, remain calm, flexible and maintain a sense of humor if the unexpected happens all while entertaining your guest!
How can I secure my date?
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure date of event.
